English diary 2013.1.27 for a long time

The second english class has finished,but only understood a little.
Our company's business needs English,but We don't understand English.
I have to learn English.
We have studied English form junior high school,but I don't speak English.
Why？
It's becase I haven't studied English for a long time.
I want to speak English as soon as possible.
